Villa Park Community Info

Villa Park, appropriately named the Hidden Jewel, is the smallest single family residence city in Orange County. It is located to the southwest of Anaheim Hills and northeast of Orange.  The city of Villa Park, home to approximately 6,500 residents is a residential community that is best known for their large flat lots.  Approximately 99 percent of the lots available in Villa Park have already been developed and it is not uncommon to find most homes on half acre flat lots.  In fact, Villa Park was originally an agricultural area that citrus farmers and their families that molded Villa Park into a community to be incorporated  so that it would not follow suit in the zoning practices that were moving in from developers.  Located within the Orange Unified School District, Villa Park public schools are highly sought after.  This Hidden Jewel has a preservation and community involvement that is admired.
